Subject to the terms and conditions set out below, NG Attachments offers a limited warranty that all products manufactured by NG will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years. The warranty period will commence 90 days after delivery to the dealer or upon the sale of the product to end user, whichever occurs first.
During the FIRST year from the date of purchase if any Product subject to this Agreement is rejected because of failure to conform to the specifications and drawings, or because of failure in workmanship or materials, as set out above, the obligation of NG is limited to replacing those items with others which comply with the specifications and drawings, or, at the option of NG, in the case of failure in the workmanship or materials, repairing such items. NG may repair or replace such items at the sole and unfettered discretion of NG
During the SECOND year from the date of purchase if any Product subject to this Agreement is rejected because of failure to conform to the specifications and drawings, or because of failure in workmanship or materials, as set out above, the obligation of NG is limited to replacing those items with others that comply with the specifications and drawings. NG shall not be responsible for any labor costs associated with repair or installation of replacement parts during the SECOND year from the date of purchase.
In no event shall NG ever be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damage incurred by the Purchaser, such as but not limited to, loss of profit or revenue, loss of use, down-time, cost of a substitute Product, or other related damage to equipment or attachments.
NG Warranty will not be considered for:
Product that, in the judgement of NG, has been misused by the user.
Product not sold or manufactured by NG.
Alterations or repairs not authorized by a representative of NG
Travel time, down time, shop supplies, or environmental charges.
Wear Items and consumables.
Exposure to the elements due to improper storage.
Distributor/Dealer must notify NG immediately of the defect by phone, fax or email. All claims must be accompanied by a photograph of the defective product.
Recommended repairs and cost of replacement are to be discussed with and agreed on by an authorized NG representative. Repair and labour (at an agreed rate) will be performed by a dealer of NG or a repair shop designated by NG Att may require that any defective products or part be returned to NG in Turkey
