NG-LB Series long reach booms are engineered for operations that require extended digging range and deep trenching capabilities. Designed for hydraulic excavators from 12 to 45 tons, these booms significantly increase the reach of the base machine, allowing it to access hard-to-reach areas such as canals, ports, reservoirs, and riverbanks without repositioning the carrier. Each boom is optimized for structural rigidity using HARDOX® wear-resistant steel and ST52 high-strength plates, ensuring minimal flex and maximum durability even under extreme hydraulic force. 🟧 NG-DB Series – High Reach Demolition Booms

NG-DB Series demolition booms are purpose-built for high-rise structure removal using 360° rotating hydraulic shears or crushers. Available for 20 to 45-ton excavators, these booms are designed to maintain stability and load control at full vertical reach, reaching up to 26 meters height. The front structure features extended arm length, heavy-duty hinge assemblies, and enhanced torsional resistance to counter the force applied by hydraulic attachments. NG-DB booms are ideal for selective demolition of concrete walls, steel-framed buildings, and reinforced columns. They can be configured with shear mounting brackets, additional counterweight interface, and quick coupler systems for rapid deployment.

🟧 NG-RA Series – Reinforced Rock Arm Booms

NG-RA Series is a heavy-duty boom solution tailored for excavation in hard geological conditions. These booms are reinforced with dual-plate profiles and wear-resistant ribbing to withstand impact and side load generated during ripping operations. NG-RA arms are typically fitted with high-strength mechanical rippers and are suitable for excavators between 20 and 80 tons. They are used in quarrying, trench rock clearing, frozen ground breaking, and foundation trenching. The arm geometry delivers higher downforce while keeping hydraulic stress balanced across the structure. NG-RA units are also preferred in pre-blasting operations where mechanical penetration is required before drilling.
